22 Months

Wow! There have been big changes over the last two months.  I did not do an update last month because we were on vacation.  Keaton has grown by leaps and bounds in the last few months-mainly in the area of talking. 
At 22 months Keaton:

• can recite songs and stories-mainly Row Row Row Your Boat and Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed
• has 5-6 word utterances-No more monkeys jump on bed.
• Gives  commands to anyone she thinks will listen or follow.  I can't resist "Mommy tome" as she pulls my finger and drags me off some place
• is playing using her imagination and more independently everyday.
• runs everywhere.
• can climb up onto her little slide in the backyard and go down by herself.
• loves swimming and playgrounds.
• can give you details about her day and communicate something that happened in the past.
• can do the sounds for the majority of the animals at the zoo.  When you ask what she wants to see at the zoo she says cock-a-doo.
• is now eating dinner in her booster seat every night.
